Easy access to public transport (many buslines, like express line to St.Peter) and very close to Metro Repubblica.
For a superior room, it might have been bigger. Breakfast is rather limited (1 croissant, 1 bread roll and 2 pieces of toast per person, coffee, orange juice, butter, jam and chocolate spread) and served in your room. Thanks to the volcano in Island, we had to extend our stay in another hotel close by and learned that comparable rooms with a large buffet breakfast can be found at 2/3 of the price that we payed. Apart from the breakfast there are no negative points, but for our next visit we well go for "better value for less money".
Superior rooms (changed on arrival) were really nice & quiet, staff very helpful & friendly, location really good. We enjoyed our stay at Livia and would gladly recommend and return!
Very central location, within walking distance to the major Rome sites. Front desk staff very helpful with good english, gave us lots of tips on where to eat and what time of day is best for visiting the many historical sites. A very good price for a great location.
Just some small things, like no tissue in the room. Clean but the shower walls could use some extra attention.
Great location in the city center, easy access to transport to different to tourist spot and nice and accommodating staff
the location of the hotel - it is close to Plazza Venezia; the room was clean, had air conditioning, the hotel staff was helpful
1. poor sound isolation, we could hear everything happening in the street - i could not sleep the first night..2. very poor breakfast (one croissant, one small breadroll, nutella and marmelade)
Elegant room and nice hotel staff.
No room for meals. Problems for refund first night pre-authorisation which was charged twice. Extra charge for late arrival charged in reception.
design in the room is so cute
break fast is ...
Good location, close to Termini train station and good bus connections. Helpful staff, spacious rooms, no noise despite location on busy road. Good value for money.
The hospitality in general, but the staff are simply wonderful, a special word for Marisa and Susan... Really helpful and wonderful.. It was like coming back home every afternoon after our trip in the town all through the day.!!...
It would be a nice thing that the Hotel put a sign on the road, as the first thing one see is Hotel Miami and if I had not took time before going and choosing the hotel reading the words of others I think we would have some difficulty of finding the Hotel... This is only a suggestion.
Location is perfect, susan owner manager could not have been more helpful any advice she gave was very accurate her recomendations for local restaurants ,sites, trains were excellent .We would stay here again for sure hotels in rome are very expensive and if you like a long break it can cost a fortune. But domus livia was good value.
Just one little thing the bed in room 1 was pretty hard great if you have a bad back but if you like a soft bed room 1 is not for you.
Fantastic location - almost all attractions were within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff - really nice continental breakfast included. Rooms very clean and well furnished.
Beds were very firm
très central et très cosy. Bon rapport qualité -prix
The location is in the middle of everything. The room is reasonably sized for the price and the staff tries to be very helpful.
Everything - couldn't fault a thing. I would definately recommend them for people who don't like the big, grand and pretentious hotels and prefer their accommodation to have a more personal touch.
nice rooms, good location
don't believe in their free wifi - on our first day the signal was very poor and could not be used, on the second day it did not function at all, staff are well aware of the problem, but do nothing about it plus the place is difficult to find, there is no logo of the hotel anywhere
